SO CAL NEWBIE
#1
Was up Fellas, just bought me a 2003 Nissan Frontier X cab , 4 cyl , 5 speed.
149K miles but still running hard.
Eventually going to put some 18" Titan Rims and new stereo and maybe some woofers.
Any engine upgrades Ideas that I can do to it to give it a little more power let me know.

Thanks

Welcome to The Spot. Congrats on truck. Performance wise on the KA24, a K&N air filter. Don't know if there is a cold air intake available or not. You could add a header and free flowing muffler, but it will most likely sound real raspy.
06 nismo CC 4X4: SOLD and replaced with 2017 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon; Teraflex 3" lift, 315/70-17 Cooper STT PRO tires on Fuel Trophy wheels, JCR bumpers front and rear w/Warn 9.5cti winch in front, Ace sliders, GraBars, Weathertech window deflectors and floor liners
98 Jeep Wrangler in the garage, 2" lift, 33X12.50 BFG MTs on 15X8 MT Classic Locks, Pioneer/MTX/RF P3 Sound, Borla Header w/Flowmaster
63 and 67 Nissan Patrols (under construction)

Were can I find pics of Frontiers with Rims? Like Titan rims. Anyone on here rolling on them??
I'm trying to find out what the correct tire size I would need to run with the 18" Titan wheels if I don't drop my Frontier.

Coo, Checked it out but didn't really find anything.
Anyone know if the Titan wheels will bolt on or modifications need to be made??

Thanks

They fit fine on the 1st gen Frontiers and look good. Anything 05 and later requires wheel adapters and doesn't look good to me (too much offset).

Welcome! Your truck D22 has a different wheel pattern from the 2005+ (D40). Yours is 6x5.5 vs ours 6x4.5. Titan/Armada are 6x5.5. What is the stock wheel and tire size for it? I don't remember off hand, you can look on your set or look inside the door jamb with the OEM specs sticker. Titan wheels fit fine, no neet to lower it but it would look better. Lower you go, rougher it rides because you have better handling. I'll post images of friend's trucks when I have a chance. Once you get that info, I can tell you how thin a sidewall you'll need. Pretty sure you can run up to a 45 series.
